This Northampton garden began as a blank canvas, with a client brief centred around bold design, creativity, and family living. The challenge was to create a space that felt visually striking while still supporting everyday use — from entertaining and dining to relaxation and play — all while addressing privacy and structural concerns.

Manoj Maldé’s bespoke garden design brought together strong architectural elements, layered planting, and carefully curated materials inspired by Mackintosh design. Raised patios, sculptural pathways, and defined zones created flow and function, while vibrant planting introduced energy and personality. The result is a confident, design-led garden that feels both expressive and liveable — a true extension of the home.
